Refund & Return Policy

Guaranteed Returns within 10 Days If Not Satisfied

We will provide you with a full 10-day time period. If you think the product is not up to the mark, feel free to return it to us. We will offer you an exchange or a refund to your account, whichever suits you.

Please note that FSharp does not accept returns made after 10 days. If you wish to return an item, please ensure it is shipped within the 10-day guarantee period; any further extension will not be accepted. Please pack all products in their original packaging, including the warranty cards and bills, intact. No sign of wear and tear would be accepted in the product. If it’s found that the item has been compromised, the return will be cancelled, or a 15% restocking charge will be added.

Also note that the refund amount will include the product cost, not the handling or shipping fees. In exceptional cases, when the product received is damaged, then the full cost will be returned to your account, provided the complaint has been registered with us within 2 days of the delivery of that item.

Terms & Conditions for the Process of Return

  • FSharp only accepts those returns that are registered within 10 days of the actual delivery of the product.
  • All the returned items must have the warranty card and owner’s manual intact. The product should maintain its originality, which means no wear and tear will be tolerated.

Except for the Defected Items, these Are Non-Returnable

  • We won’t accept a product if it has damage issues because of power supply or voltage issues on your end.
  • Opened or used reed boxes, strings, etc.
  • 88-key digital pianos
  • Books, cassettes, CDs, DVDs, and videotapes, as well as drumheads and sticks.
  • All of the equipment with altered serial numbers.
  • Saxophones, internal earphones, traditional and ethnic wind instruments,  earplugs, etc. We do not accept returns of these products due to hygiene-related reasons.
  • Products that have been tested and/or opened cannot be returned. They undergo testing to determine whether their functionality is ensured. However, if you have any problems with the product, please contact us.
  • The items that have already been installed or picked up
  • Computer software, audio interfaces, midi keyboards, or any other product that requires prior registration can be picked up, as well as items that have already been installed. This is so that there is no chance of us accepting that return because once a product is registered for a specific person, it cannot be transferred to another person.

Return Process

Make sure all the items are returned within the stipulated period of 10 days. The product should be packed nicely so that it doesn’t break during shipment. All the original paraphernalia of the item should be intact and carefully.

The amount takes around 5 business days to get reflected in the bank account of the recipient, so please bear with us as these are the banking norms.
